Tamara Bond
Operations Director
Tamara brings over 10 years of management and customer service experience in an association environment to her work for AAI. Her association management career began with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where she worked as a customer service supervisor and the grading manager for the CPA exam. In 2000, Tamara left the AICPA to serve as the customer service manager for MaMaMedia, a kid-focused educational website. There Tamara gained valuable experience in online branding, as well as delivering excellent customer service using online tools. Since 2001, Tamara has worked with Alan Anthony, serving the professional associations under AAI management. She has provided membership and chapter development, supported fundraising, provided liaison to Boards of Directors and Chapter Boards. In addition to this hands-on work, Tamara ensures operational effectiveness for all associations by implementing tools that enhance efficiency and creating programs that strengthen the ability of associations to fulfill their missions.
